What exactly is Helente OnTrack?
OnTrack is our done-for-you program, and it comes with every Helente simulator. We design the sim around you, build it, deliver it, tune it until it feels right, and maintain it with 6 months of SimCare. You make one decision, then you just drive. It is the difference between buying equipment and buying a training tool with a whole team behind it.
What is Helente SimCare?
SimCare is our priority care service, included for 6 months with every build. You skip the support queue and with your permission we connect to your sim remotely and handle things for you: feel tuning, fixes, software updates, retunes.
I am not a professional driver. Is this still for me?
Yes, if you want a realistic, long-term simulator and you have the budget for it. Plenty of our clients are enthusiasts, or parents building it for a kid who races.
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide. We ship and install anywhere - our team travels to build it in your room, wherever that room is. We are based in Lithuania, so most of our drivers are in Europe, but distance is a logistics question, not a limit.
Can I try one before I buy?
Yes, and plenty of people do. Our HQ is in Kaunas, Lithuania - simulators and components on site. If you want to sit in one and feel the motion before committing to anything, we arrange it after our first call. It is an optional step, not a requirement - most builds are specced entirely over a call.
