VRS load-cell pedals - you brake by force, exactly like a real car, not by how far you push. It's the biggest jump from regular pedals, and it carries straight onto a real track.

A single 49" 1000R curved ultrawide wraps around your view and pulls you into the track - and because it's one screen, not three, the whole rig stays compact and fits in a normal room. The powerful PC to run it is included.

The Helente X aluminium profile chassis. Rigid, with no flex, the same foundation as the HXR - you start on a professional frame.

Included in your price across Europe - we ship CORE almost fully assembled in a wooden crate. You place it and mount a few key parts using our video guides, with direct support from us the whole way. Shipping beyond Europe is quoted to your location.

Prefer it done for you? Our team delivers and installs on site, dials in your seating, hardware and software, and doesn't leave until everything is perfect. CORE is straightforward to set up yourself, so this is optional - but it's there if you'd rather not lift a finger. Available across Europe and worldwide.

QUESTIONS
WORTH KNOWING.
How much space do I need?
CORE with the single 49" screen takes roughly 160 cm long × 115 cm wide × 150 cm tall. It's compact enough to fit in a normal room. Not sure it fits? Send us your room dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
What's the lead time?
CORE usually takes 2-4 weeks from payment to delivery. It can vary with our current build queue and component availability, so if you have a specific date, tell us and we'll give you an exact timeline before you commit.
What exactly is Helente OnTrack?
OnTrack is our done-for-you program, and it comes with every Helente simulator. We design the sim around you, build it, deliver it, tune it until it feels right, and maintain it with 6 months of SimCare. You make one decision, then you just drive. It is the difference between buying equipment and buying a training tool with a whole team behind it.
Can I upgrade it later?
Yes - that's the whole idea. CORE is built on the same chassis as our flagships, so you can add motion, bigger screens and any accessories later, whenever you're ready.
Is an entry-level sim actually good enough to train on?
Yes. CORE runs a powerful direct-drive wheelbase, load-cell pedals and our own rigid chassis - the same fundamentals the pros train on. The skills you build here carry straight to a real car and to any bigger sim. It's our entry-level simulator, but not entry-level hardware.
Shipping outside Europe and customs?
We ship worldwide. Customs is usually straightforward and most countries apply no special import duties to a simulator (standard local import taxes may still apply depending on your location). We handle crating and paperwork on our side and quote shipping to your exact location. Full white-glove install outside Europe is also available on request.
What happens if something breaks?
Rarely an issue - every CORE is fully tested before it leaves us, and when a part does fail it almost always shows up in the first hours of use, which we sort quickly. You're also covered by the 2-year Helente warranty plus manufacturer warranties on every component. If anything ever goes wrong we diagnose fast (often remotely), arrange a fix or replacement, and make it as smooth as possible. You never deal with it alone.
