Refund policy

1. Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items.

  • Items must be in the same condition as they arrived and in the original packaging with all accessories (e.g. cables, bags, instructions for use, etc.) in order to receive a full refund.

  • Items that have been opened and are incomplete (some small packaging elements or accessories, such as bags or stickers, are missing) can be returned, but a 10-25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned amount.

  • Goods that are damaged or clearly used are not accepted for return.

  • Before returning the item, please contact us by email support@helente.lt and receive a return authorization and instructions on how to complete the return.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included in the return.

3. Shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g. you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days and, if everything meets the requirements, we will immediately refund your money.
  • The money will be refunded to the original payment method, but it may take several business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Defective or defective goods

  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of receipt and provide photo or video as proof.
  • For defective items, we can offer a free exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs.
