QUESTIONS
GOOD TO KNOW.
How much space do I need?
The HX with triple 45" screens takes roughly 180 cm long × 227 cm wide × 150 cm tall. We'd recommend leaving a little extra room around it. Not sure it'll fit? Send us your room dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
What's the lead time?
Usually 4-6 weeks from payment to ship-out or delivery. It can vary with our current build slots and component availability, so if you've got a date in mind, tell us and we'll give you an exact timeline before you commit.
What exactly is Helente OnTrack?
OnTrack is our done-for-you program, and it comes with every Helente simulator. We design the sim around you, build it, deliver it, tune it until it feels right, and maintain it with 6 months of SimCare. You make one decision, then you just drive. It is the difference between buying equipment and buying a training tool with a whole team behind it.
Delivery outside Europe and customs?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Customs is usually straightforward, and in most countries a simulator doesn't carry any special import duties (standard local import taxes may still apply depending on where you are). We handle the crating and paperwork on our side and quote shipping to your exact location. White-glove install outside Europe is also available on request.
What happens if something breaks?
Rarely an issue - every HX is fully stress-tested before it leaves us, and when a part does fail it almost always shows up in the first hours of use, which we sort out quickly. Beyond that you're covered by a 2-year Helente warranty plus the manufacturer warranties on every component. If anything ever goes wrong, we diagnose it fast (often remotely), get you the fix or replacement, and make the whole process as painless as possible. You're never left figuring it out on your own.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely - HX is built to grow with you. The cockpit and cable management are designed so parts can be swapped or added without a rebuild, so you can keep evolving the rig over time. The standout future upgrade is motion: you can add a traction-loss platform down the line to convert your motion into 6 DOF. Whenever you're ready, we'll help you spec and fit it.
How does HX compare to HXR?
HX is the complete machine - triple 45" screens, 3DOF motion, and all the extras. HXR is the same proven build taken to the maximum on the two things that change immersion most: 55" screens that wrap your vision top to bottom, and a true 6DOF motion system. Everything else is shared.
