Warranty and customer service
We provide a 24-month warranty on all products we sell, for both private and business customers.
What does the warranty cover?
• Manufacturing defects
• Missing parts upon delivery
• Products damaged during transport (as long as it was not caused by the customer)
What is not covered by the warranty?
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by the customer (dropping, improper use, modifications, etc.)
How to submit a warranty claim?
1. Email us at support@helente.lt, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
2. Our team will reply the same day (during normal business hours).
3. If the issue is covered by warranty, we will handle the entire process, including free shipping and all repair or replacement costs.
4. The customer does not need to worry about anything – we cover everything.
Customer Support
We take pride in our customer service and always do our best to help free of charge, whether you purchased a small accessory or a full simulator.
Technical support – If you have questions about a product, installation, or usage, just write to us and we’ll assist you.
Turnkey simulator support – If you purchased a full simulator from us, we provide remote technical support and maintenance online, at no extra cost.
