Free shipping
- All orders over 400 EUR are eligible for free shipping in the Baltic States.
- If your order amount is does not exceed 400 EUR, delivery costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.
- To other European countries, delivery will be charged and its amount will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery time
- Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): 1-3 business days
- Europe: 4-10 business days (depending on the country and carrier)

Lithuania
- Pick-up available in Kaunas or Jurbarkas(only by prior arrangement).
- We also send via bus shipments (only by prior arrangement).
- Courier services: LP Express, Omniva, Itella Smartpost
Europe
- We ship via FedEx, Posti, GLS, UPS couriers.
Tracking your order
- As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email. email with the tracking number of the parcel. All parcels have tracking.
- Important: tracking information can only be updated after 24 hours, so if you don't see movement right away - don't worry, the system hasn't updated yet.
Taxes (VAT)
All prices in our store are indicated with VAT / VAT (value added tax).
- Fixed prices throughout EU – VAT / VAT rate does not matter whether you buy from Lithuania, Estonia or Romania or another EU country – the final price remains the same.
