In real life, a car moves through six degrees of freedom - three it slides through (heave, sway, surge) and three it turns through (pitch, roll, yaw). A true 6DOF system (Vero Legend GT) reproduces all six. So you don't just feel braking and kerbs - you feel the car rotate when the rear steps out.

QUESTIONS
WORTH KNOWING.
How is the HXR different from the HX?
The HXR is the HX with nothing held back. Same complete build, same flagship feel hardware - then taken to the maximum on the two things that change realism most: a true 6DOF motion system (instead of 3DOF) and triple 55" 4K screens (instead of 45"). Everything else is the same.
Is 6DOF really worth it over 3DOF?
If you want the absolute ceiling, yes. In real life a car moves in six ways, and 6DOF reproduces all of them. 3DOF covers pitch, roll and heave; 6DOF adds sway, surge and yaw, so you feel the car actually rotate: the rear stepping out, the front washing wide, and weight transfer coming through far more clearly. For anyone chasing the last few percent of realism, that's the difference.
How much space do I need?
The HXR with three 55" screens takes roughly 220 cm long × 275 cm wide × 180 cm tall. We recommend leaving a little extra space around it. Not sure it fits? Send us your room dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
What's the lead time?
The HXR usually takes 5-7 weeks from payment to delivery. It can vary with our current build times and component availability, so if you have a specific date, tell us and we'll give you an exact timeline before you commit.
What exactly is Helente OnTrack?
OnTrack is our done-for-you program, and it comes with every Helente simulator. We design the sim around you, build it, deliver it, tune it until it feels right, and maintain it with 6 months of SimCare. You make one decision, then you just drive. It is the difference between buying equipment and buying a training tool with a whole team behind it.
Shipping outside Europe and customs?
We ship worldwide. Customs is usually straightforward, and most countries apply no special import duties to a simulator (standard local import taxes may still apply depending on your location). We handle crating and paperwork on our side and quote shipping to your exact location. Full-service installation outside Europe is also available on request.
What happens if something breaks?
Rarely an issue - every HXR is fully tested before it leaves us, and when a part does fail it almost always shows up in the first hours of use, which we sort quickly. You're also covered by the 2-year Helente warranty plus manufacturer warranties on every component. If anything ever goes wrong, we diagnose fast (often remotely), provide a fix or replacement, and make the whole process as smooth as possible. You never deal with it alone.
