Terms of service

1. General information

The goods on the website helente.lt are sold by Melvos MB (Company code: 306987847, VAT code: LT100017238813). By purchasing the goods, the customer agrees to the rules below.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including VAT. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or other specified methods.

3. Delivery

Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania, the Baltic States and throughout Europe. The delivery time is indicated for each product.

4. Return

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are covered by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

5. Warranty

All products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty service, please contact support@helente.lt

6. Data protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the GDPR requirements and is used only for order fulfillment.
