Three 32" 1440p curved screens, bezel-free, wrapping around you for a true field of view. The PC to run them is included.

THE CAR PULLS YOU BACK.
A belt tensioner presses your harness into your chest under braking - the same G-force you feel in a real car.

A button box puts car controls right under your fingers, and 5.1 sound pulls you inside the car - so you hear it as clearly as you feel it. Wireless headphones are included too, for quiet late-night sessions.

The seat and pedals slide on rails - the same adjustment system as every Helente sim. Anyone gets comfortable in seconds, whether a friend wants a lap or you're dialling in your own position.

WORTH KNOWING.
How much space do I need?
The H1 with triple 32" screens takes roughly 180 cm long × 160 cm wide × 150 cm tall. It fits comfortably in a normal room. Not sure it fits? Send us your room dimensions and we'll confirm before you order.
What's the lead time?
The H1 usually takes 3-5 weeks from payment to delivery. It can vary with our current build queue and component availability, so if you have a specific date, tell us and we'll give you an exact timeline before you commit.
What exactly is Helente OnTrack?
OnTrack is our done-for-you program, and it comes with every Helente simulator. We design the sim around you, build it, deliver it, tune it until it feels right, and maintain it with 6 months of SimCare. You make one decision, then you just drive. It is the difference between buying equipment and buying a training tool with a whole team behind it.
Do I really need motion?
No, it's not mandatory - the triple screens, Direct Drive and belt tensioner already put you deep inside the car. But does motion help? A lot. Good, well-tuned motion feels like a real car - and the system we use is exactly that.
Motion is like force feedback for your whole body: you feel the car and the track through your whole body, which gives you information that helps you drive well.
It also makes driving far more fun, which means you drive more, and more time in the simulator makes you a better driver. That's why we almost always recommend it. In the end it comes down to your budget - but if you can, get the motion.
Can I add motion later?
Yes - or you can start with it. When you configure your H1, you can include a motion system from the start, or leave it for later. Either way the rig comes fully cable-managed and ready for motion, so adding it later is simple.
Shipping outside Europe and customs?
We ship worldwide. Customs is usually straightforward and most countries apply no special import duties to a simulator (standard local import taxes may still apply depending on your location). We handle crating and paperwork on our side and quote shipping to your exact location. Full white-glove install outside Europe is also available on request.
What happens if something breaks?
Rarely an issue - every H1 is fully tested before it leaves us, and when a part does fail it almost always shows up in the first hours of use, which we sort quickly. You're also covered by the 2-year Helente warranty plus manufacturer warranties on every component. If anything ever goes wrong we diagnose fast (often remotely), arrange a fix or replacement, and make it as smooth as possible. You never deal with it alone.
