"White Glove Service" - we will deliver the simulator to your home in Lithuania, adjust the seat and all settings to suit you, and teach you how to use everything.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TURNKEY SERVICE?

  • Assembly of the entire simulator - frame, steering wheel, pedals, monitors and other equipment.
  • Cable arrangement - all cables are arranged so that they are almost invisible.
  • Game preparation - Assetto Corsa and iRacing are installed (and other games according to your needs), configured settings.
  • Simulator calibration and testing to ensure smooth operation and the most realistic settings.

The entire simulator will be assembled and ready to use - from unpacked boxes to a fully configured system. All you have to do is connect the power and start driving.

CUSTOMIZATION

If you want to change any part of the simulator, for example, you want the steering wheel and seat like in your real car, contact us - we will customize the package according to your needs and ensure that the simulator meets your exact expectations.

Do you have a physical location where I can view, try on your products, and pick up my order?

Yes! Our headquarters are located in Kaunas, Pramonės 4K. We have a warehouse here, our simulators and equipment on site. You can come to inspect, test and even pick up your order. You just need to arrange a visit time in advance.

What is the warranty on the goods?

All our products come with a 24-month warranty.

If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible.

We do not repair the equipment on site, but if something happens, your equipment will be sent to the manufacturer or a certified service center in Europe.

We try to complete warranty processes as quickly as possible (there are few of them).
