Delivery

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and your location.

You will find the exact delivery times on each product page, as they depend on whether the product is in our warehouse, on its way to us or ordered from the supplier.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Important: Tracking information may only be updated after 24 hours, so if you don't see movement right away - don't worry, the system hasn't updated yet.

What is the warranty on the goods?

All our products come with a 24-month warranty.

If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible.

We do not repair the equipment on site, but if something happens, your equipment will be sent to the manufacturer or a certified service center in Europe.

We try to complete warranty processes as quickly as possible (there are few of them).

Are all prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all prices listed on our website are including VAT.

Can I buy without VAT if I am an EU company?

Yes, if you are an EU (non-LT) registered company with a valid VAT number, you can purchase without VAT (at a 0% rate). Contact us by e-mail support@helente.lt, and we will quickly send you an invoice without VAT.

Will you provide assistance with connecting equipment if needed?

Of course! We are sim racers ourselves, so we understand how everything works. If you need help after receiving your order – write to us by e-mail support@helente.lt and we will definitely help you.

Do you have a physical location where I can view, try on your products, and pick up my order?

Yes! Our headquarters are located in Kaunas, Pramonės 4K. We have a warehouse here, our simulators and equipment on site. You can come to inspect, test and even pick up your order. You just need to arrange a visit time in advance.
