Usually ready in 2 hoursStop fighting the wobble. Start driving on a frame that doesn't flex.
The R1 is the step up from a desk or a flexy wheel stand to a real aluminium profile frame. The best balance of stiffness, price and flexibility for most home setups.

THE BASE
A solid 80×40 aluminium base
The R1 is built on an 80×40 profile base with reinforced wheel and pedal mounts. It holds your gear steady so you can focus on driving - not on a frame that flexes and wobbles the moment you brake harder. Light enough to carry, strong enough for serious racing.
The profiles are high-grade German aluminium, not cheap Chinese extrusion - and powder-coated, not anodised, so the finish is tougher, more even and longer-lasting.

WHEELBASE & PEDALS
Any wheelbase, any pedals
The R1 works with any Direct Drive wheelbase and almost every pedal set - from the simplest pedals to high-end Load Cell and active pedals.
For the wheel you get two options - the Standard Plate and Front Mount. Both hold a powerful Direct Drive base solid with zero flex.

SEATING
Fits any seat, even a real car seat
Use whatever seat you want - a sim racing seat, a real FIA bucket seat, or even a real seat pulled straight out of a car, like a BMW. The R1 fits them all, no problem.
Sit exactly like you sit in a real car - and that's the moment the simulator stops feeling like a game.

ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS
Easy to build, easy to make yours
Most aluminium frames go together with little corner brackets at every joint - slow to build and easy to get wrong. The R1 doesn't use them. The build is clear and simple, so it goes together fast, looks clean and stays solid.
Then you make it yours. Every part adjusts - wheel, pedals, seat - so you dial in your seating position and ergonomics exactly the way you like.
Compatibility
Check if your gear fits
The Standard Wheel Plate fits almost every wheelbase on the market. The Front Mount is made to match your base's mounting-hole pattern - so it comes in versions, and the table shows exactly which one your base needs.

R1 or X?
Not sure which frame is yours?
Both are serious, in-house Helente aluminium frames. The only question is how far you're planning to go.
Thinking about motion? The honest answer.
You can add motion to the R1 - but a motion system is a serious investment, and to get the most from it you want a frame that doesn't flex at all and lets you route the motion system's cables cleanly. If motion is in your plans, the X frame is built exactly for it.

We build it, not rebrand it
Every frame is designed and made at Helente - not rebranded from someone else's catalogue.
Made for training
The same engineering as the sims racers train on - from the CORE to the HXR.

FAQ
Before you buy
What seat can I use?
Any seat works, but how you mount it depends on the type. A bucket seat needs steel seat mounts (two plates that hold the seat to the frame), and most people add seat rails so they can slide back and forth. A real car seat usually already has built-in rails, so you just bolt them to the frame - quick and simple.
Can I add a motion system to the R1?
You can - but if motion is in your plans, the Helente X is the frame built for it. A motion system is a big investment, and the X's taller 160x40 profiles give more rigidity and let you route every cable cleanly under the frame - so motion feels its best. Choose the R1 for a solid static setup. If you already know motion is coming, start with the X.
What if I need help setting it up?
You're never on your own. We're sim racers ourselves, and our team is with you the whole way. Message us anytime - we'll help you get it built, dial in your settings or pick the right gear, and even share the tricks we use building our high-end sims.
What's the warranty?
Two years as standard, but you'll probably never need it. The R1 is aluminium profiles and steel plates: no moving parts, no electronics, nothing to wear out or break. Assembled properly and used normally, a frame like this lasts a lifetime. The warranty is just peace of mind. What really matters is that we're sim racers who stand behind what we make - if anything ever happens, we'll sort it out.
